International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express from our warehouse in Cairo, Egypt.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination and local customs processing.
Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.
After an order has been fulfilled and provided with a tracking number, La'Nisa is not responsible for the loss or delay of a parcel.
Domestic Shipping (Egypt)
All orders within Egypt are shipped via Egypt Post EMS to ensure secure and reliable delivery.
- Cairo & Giza: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.
- All Other Governorates: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.
- Remote & Frontier Areas: Delivery may take up to 5 business days.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

La'Nisa is NOT responsible for any delays due to customs clearance or for any import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by customs authorities in the destination country, as these are completely outside of our control.
Orders do not include any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other government charges that may be applied upon arrival in your country.
Before placing an order with La'Nisa, we strongly recommend researching the customs laws and import regulations applicable to your country or contacting your local customs office directly.
If you fail to comply with your country's customs requirements and the parcel is returned to La'Nisa, you will be responsible for any additional fees incurred for the return shipment and any re-delivery costs.
